To make an appointment to collect or return a rental vehicle

You must pre-book an appointment to rent a vehicle, please call 01708 556237.  

Rental vehicle must be returned by pre-booking an appointment at the time of reservation or if you have extended your rental period, then you will make a new return appointment at the time of extending the booking.  Your pre-booked return appointment must be before your rental agreement due back date and time.  Additional charges and rental will apply if you do not return on time or pay to extend your rental period.   Please ensure you are on-time for your appointment.

Unfortunately, you currently cannot turn-up at our hire depot without an appointment.

We have reviewed the current situation and for the safety of our customers and staff, our office will only open on an appointment only basis.  Our gates are closed.  Appointments are only available between 8am and 5pm Monday to Saturday.  Closed on Sundays and Bank Holiday - Friday and Monday.
A 1 day rental is available Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and Bank Holiday - Friday and Monday.)

We are continuing to monitoring the situation and following Government Guidelines guidelines. 
Vehicle hire has been identified as an essential service to help keep key workers and goods moving during these difficult times.   As a result, we are currently open by appointment only (our gates are closed) with minimal staff as the remaining staff members have been asked to work from home.
Vehicle return procedures will be explained on booking/collection. Please consider if your trip is essential in line with Government guidelines.  While the scale and impact of the current coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak remains uncertain, we have been working to prepare for all potential outcomes for our business and to support staff and customers through this period of uncertainty.

We are taking the following steps to try and contain the spread of this virus.
When vehicles are returned all interior surfaces in the cab are being cleaned with anti bacterial wipes and spray.
Our office is having a deep clean every day, at close of business and counter tops, toilets etc cleaned at various points throughout the day.  High use items such as the payment terminal, pens, cash, vehicle keys etc are cleaned with anti bacterial wipes/sprays each time they are used.
We thank you for your understanding and support at this difficult time,  we look forward to welcoming you back into our hire depot.

Following the Prime Minister's statement we can confirm that our hire depot is temporarily closed. 

We apologise for any inconvenience caused during these extraordinary times but the well being of our colleagues and customers is our absolute priority. 

We will review the current situation inline with the Governments updates and advise concerning the Coronavirus (COVID 19) crisis.

We appreciate that you may have questions and require rental quotations which can be submitted to us via our online enquiry form.  We will try to be responsive as possible, so please bear with us.

For customer's that have our vehicles on hire, please call us on 01708556237 (subject to opening hours)  if you  require any assistance, to extend your rental period or to make an appointment to return the vehicle .  
  
PLEASE NOTE:  Please call us 24 hours prior to your rental agreement expiring to extended the rental and make payment for the extended rental period or to book an appointment to return the rental vehicle at the date and time stated in the 'Due Back' box on your rental agreement. 
Should you wish to return early, please call us to discuss this (Terms and conditions, limitations apply).
