Our Covid Terms and conditions below are in addition to our standard terms and conditions:


COVID-19 Terms and Conditions Of Bookings and Cancellation


The below terms and conditions are in addition to our standard terms and conditions due to Covid-19.

We have amended the cancellation terms and conditions for bookings and vehicle rentals.


Booking Deposit: 

To book a rental vehicle a non refundable, non transferable booking deposit is required at the time of booking. This is the amount you have paid at the time of booking.  We do not give refunds.   If you cancel your booking for any reason, fail to take the vehicle for any reason (including what you are renting the vehicle for,  event, location is cancelled, restriction or closed for any reason including  but not limited to COVID-19), no show, incorrect identification, driver does not meet our driver criteria, all payments and deposit on your booking are non refundable, non transferable. 


If you are booking a minibus (7 to 17 seats) more than 6 weeks in advance then a £250.00 non refundable booking deposit is require to book.

6 weeks before collection the rest of the remaining hire balance must be paid.  We do not accept late payments.  If payment is not made on time your booking will be automatic cancelled and you will lose/forfeit the booking deposit.

If you cancel your booking for any reason, fail to take the vehicle for any reason (including what you are renting the vehicle for, event or location is cancelled, restriction or closed for any reason including but not limited to COVID-19), no show, incorrect identification, driver does not meet our driver criteria, all payments and deposit on your booking are non refundable, non transferable.


COVID-19 Cancellation Terms and Conditions:


If you cancel your booking for any reason, fail to take the vehicle for any reason, no show, you will lose the full non refundable, non transferable booking deposit which was paid at the time of booking, If you are renting a minibus, then the full rental balance is non refundable, non transferable.

We are not liable if you are unable to go or use the vehicle for what you intended it to hire it for.


If the Government Remove The Freedom of Travel:   Freedom of travel means where all of England are not allowed to leave their own home, then a credit note for the money you have paid to us less a £25.00 admin fee will be issued.  Credit notes are valid for 12 months and can be used against a future booking with us.


If the Government Stop European Travel 5 Working Days Before Your Collection Date:   European Travel means travel outside of mainland UK.  If you have booked and paid the additional charges to take the rental vehicle for travel outside of mainland UK and the Government close the border 5 working days before your due to collect your rental vehicle, we can remove the cost of the European travel and documents fess from your booking, allowing you to use your rental vehicle in the UK instead.  We will not give a credit note or a refund for the full hire charge. Only the European travel cost and document fees. Should you cancel your booking you will lose the full non refundable booking deposit.


If the Government Stop European Travel Within 5 Working Days of Your Collection Date: European Travel means travel outside of mainland UK. If you have book and paid the additional charges to take the rental vehicle for travel outside of mainland UK and the Government close the border within 5 working days of your vehicle rental collection date, we can remove the cost of the European travel but the document charges for your EU booking will still apply as these would have been ordered and they are non refundable. You can then use your rental vehicle in the UK instead.  We will not give a credit note or a refund for the full hire charge.  Only the European travel cost less the document fees.  Should you cancel your booking you will lose the full non refundable booking deposit.


Travel To France Liability Acknowledgement and Acceptance Agreement

It is the hirer’s responsibility to:

• Check daily before and during the vehicle rental for the , rules, restriction, regulation, closures, documentation etc. 

• To ensure the driver, passengers and the rental vehicle can travel in and out of the countries without consequences.

• To ensuring that the rental vehicle is returned back on-time as stated above and on the rental agreement under section Due Back. If the vehicle is not returned on-time for any reason including but not limited to, issues beyond the lessor and hirer's control, border closures, road closures, any regulation and/or restriction, anything stopping the rental vehicle from being returned to the lessor on-time, you the hirer will be liable and charged for additional rental charges, costs incurred and any losses until the vehicle is returned back to the lessor and in a satisfactory condition (as received upon collection).

The hirer will be asked to sign a liability and acknowledge agreement upon collection for travel outside of mainland UK.

Travel outside of mainland UK is subject to availability and at an additional charge.


During these uncertain and extraordinary times we advise customers that during Covid-19, if you wish to book a rental vehicle but would like a refund and not a credit note, please refrain from booking a vehicle as we do not give a refund.


All bookings and change of rental date is subject to availability and the above terms and conditions.
