Please READ this so your are aware of the Booking Request Procedure

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability - unfortuntaly this booking request system cannot confirm availability.
We cannot accept bookings within 48 hour of your collection date and time, please call us on 01708 556237 to book over the telephone.


We will respond to your Booking Request with two emails.
  • The first email - is an automated acknowledgement of your booking request.
  • The second email - with either be: (there could be a delay - subject to our opening hours)
    • If your booking is successfull, you will receive a Booking Confirmation via email - subject to vehicle availability, payment of your non refundable booking deposit and compliance with our Terms & Conditions.
                  OR
    • A no availability email - where the vehicle you have requested is not available and NO payment will be processed from your nominated card and your booking request will be cancelled.
Please Note: 
We can only take payment from the "Main Drivers" debt card or credit card for secuirty reasons and this card must be produced at the time of collection.
If you do not live in the UK, we can only accept credit card payments. (A credit card fee of 2% will apply.)
A non refundable booking deposit of £250.00 is required to book your rental vehicle online this is a non refundable booking deposit. 
If you are paying by a credit card an additional 2% will be charged on top of the non refundable booking deposit, and is processed immedatley. (This charge is also non refundable.)
 
Please read your booking confirmation carefully, this will confirm your rental vehicle, collection address, dates and times of pick up and return. It will also detail the identification all drivers must produce upon collection of your rental vehicle.

Please ensure you are punctual when collecting and returning your rental vehicle or additional charges will apply and you will also inconvenance the next hirer renting your vehicle after you.
